Exceptional Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Experience and Support Specialist to join our team. As a key representative of Graybar, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive and reactive support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide world-class customer support via phone, email, or in-person, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Actively listen to customers, understanding their needs and concerns, and proactively offering solutions that meet their expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring seamless and efficient resolution.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Knowledge of electrical products and systems, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
- 4+ years of experience in customer support, with a proven track record of success.
- High School education, with a 2-year or 4-year degree preferred.
The estimated salary range for this position is $31.00 - $38.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
