Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team at Graybar. As a key contact for customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support, while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product selection and application, ensuring they have the necessary information to make informed decisions.
  • Coordinate customer requests, including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, and order maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • A passion for customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact.
  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or service environment.
  • High School education, with a 2-year or 4-year degree preferred.
