Banfield Pet Hospital is looking for a skilled Veterinary Client Service Specialist to join our team.

This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting new clients by promoting hospital services and routing the flow of clients and pets to ensure superior client care and maximum productivity.
  • Providing exceptional service at all times, including greeting clients and pets, ensuring they are comfortable, and educating them about their pet's health.
  • Assisting incoming and outgoing clients by completing documentation, entering pet information, and providing instructions and invoices.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership, customer focus, peer relationships, integrity, and action-oriented skills, as well as preventative care and OWP knowledge.

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
