Job Title: Assistant Vice President, CRE Loan Closing Specialist

SitusAMC is a leading asset management platform dedicated to supporting Apollo's commercial real estate financing business in the United States. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President, CRE Loan Closing Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

This role will be responsible for closing commercial real estate loans, working closely with the transaction management and legal team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of commercial loan closing experience and be based in New York City.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as liaison between Borrowers, APO Investors/Capital Sleeves, and Internal Business Stakeholders to facilitate the closing of commercial real estate and construction loans
  • Coordinate with Apollo Middle office & Origination team to ensure timely funding on new originations
  • Work with Appropriate Servicing and Operations teams across Apollo Capital Sleeves to submit trade allocation requests
  • Coordinate with Origination team and external counsel to complete funding, servicing and operational provisions of commercial mortgage loan documents and supporting schedules
  • Ensure all compliance requirements are met for all Apollo capital sleeves at closing
Requirements:
  • 5 to 10 years of commercial loan closing experience, including loan document review, understanding of funding mechanics and driving the loan closing process
  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and perform in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
What We Offer:

SitusAMC offers a competitive annual full-time base salary range of $140,000.00 - $175,000.00, as well as a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. We also offer PTO and paid holidays, as well as various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K.
