Job Description

Newcourse Communications, a financial services and printing company in Nashville, TN.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

The Regulatory Content Specialist will report to the Director of Compliance.

To undertake development of client & Newcourse master letter libraries, review & communicate mortgage regulatory update announcements, along with revise letters to meet the updates. Support client and internal teams on impactful mortgage industry updates. Lead discussions with clients on their library.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop client requested letters and maintain the existing letters for their letter library.
  • Maintain the existing Newcourse master letters and develop master letters (as applicable) into the Newcourse library based on regulatory industry updates.
  • Monitor daily updates delivered from mortgage industry regulatory agencies. Develop and deliver to client impactful regulatory updates for process updates along with industry announcements.
  • Attend regulatory agencies and loan servicing webinars. Provide agendas and notes to other compliance team members for discussion and determination of client impact.
  • Organize compliance team's documents into repository system.
  • Create and Maintain clients' Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. Mortgage Technology (ICE MT) MSP OLLW templates.
