**International Staff Consulting Seeks Experienced Marine Electrician Engineer**

 

We are seeking an experienced Marine Electrician Engineer to lead our team on vessels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and repairing electrical equipment and fixtures, as well as managing a small team of Marine Electricians.

 

The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in Marine Electrical Engineering, with a proven track record of leading teams and troubleshooting complex electrical systems. You will also have experience with electrical schematics and manuals, as well as the ability to use hand and power tools.

 

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account the level of expertise required for the role.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

 • Lead and manage a small team of Marine Electricians on vessels

 • Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures

 • Troubleshoot complex electrical systems

 • Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems

 • Build custom control panels

 • Ability to use hand and power tools

 • Own set of tools required for the job

 • Understanding how to use a multi-meter

 • Understanding of proper safety procedures

 

**Requirements:**

 

* 8 years experience in Marine Electrical Engineering

* Experience in leading a team

* Experience with electrical schematics and manuals

* Experience with electrical equipment

* Independent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

* Ability to efficiently solve problems with teams

* Good communication skills

* Valid Driver's License

* TWIC card (can be acquired after employment starts)

* Ability to lift 50 pounds

* Willingness to travel and stay onsite for days/weeks at a time
