With a workforce of approximately 700 professionals across eight offices in a ten-county region, ACRC stands as one of the 21 Regional Centers in California.

COMPENSATION

Salary structure based on experience and education:

  • Service Coordinator I: $26.78/hr. (bachelor's degree required)
  • Service Coordinator IIIB: $31.43/hr. (master's degree and 1-year social work experience required)
  • Service Coordinator IIIA: $34.71/hr. (master's degree and 2-years post-masters experience required)

The offered salary will vary based on a range of factors, including skills, education, experience, and other relevant job-related criteria. Typically, new hires do not start at the upper end of the salary range.

POSITION SUMMARY

ACRC is in search of an Early Intervention Service Coordinator to be based in the Woodland Office. This role involves managing cases throughout the Woodland area, providing case management and advocacy for children from birth to three years old who exhibit developmental delays, established risk conditions, or are at high risk for developmental disabilities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting psychosocial and developmental screening assessments in the home setting.
  • Collaborating with families and agencies to develop Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP).
  • Coordinating services for infants and their families.
  • Assessing ongoing eligibility of clients at age three.
  • Completing necessary documentation and reports in accordance with regulations and ACRC policies.
  • Participating in officer-of-the-day duties with fellow Service Coordinators.
  • Assisting colleagues with special projects and providing coverage during absences.
  • Offering emergency on-call services as needed.
