Job Summary

This role supports a team of scheduling specialists in a large ambulatory physician practice, handling various scheduling needs for patients, including cardiac diagnostic testing and post-hospitalization care. The successful candidate will be responsible for team support, data collection, new hire onboarding, and ongoing training. The role is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with the opportunity to work from home two days a week after six months of training.
