Role Summary:
In this Product Management position, you will leverage our significant investment in research and development to create and launch new products tailored for the dynamic fintech environment. Your responsibilities will include managing the lifecycle of products, ensuring that shifts in market demands and business priorities are addressed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present comprehensive product strategies that highlight risks, challenges, opportunities, and growth avenues.

• Oversee project inventory during the budgeting phase, contributing to product roadmaps and ensuring timely execution.

• Analyze and monitor the profit and loss statements for each product.

• Collaborate with senior leadership, finalize business scope documents, and manage essential vendor partnerships.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong business acumen, industry insight, financial management, strategic vision, and executive presence.

• Familiarity with the financial services sector and related products.

Excellent negotiation, organizational, management, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences across various organizational levels (executive, management, individual contributors).

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and responsiveness to both internal and external stakeholders.


• A bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with FIS products and services or comparable fintech solutions.

Experience in banking.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and systems development environments is preferred.

FIS is dedicated to offering its employees a rewarding career path and competitive compensation. The salary range for this full-time role is $117,000 - $197,000, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries based on the role, level, and location. Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Changes in work location may also affect starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter regarding the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
