Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to focus on the maintenance and servicing of imaging equipment in the designated regions. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of imaging equipment with minimal supervision.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  3. Conduct preventative maintenance and modifications on imaging systems.
  4. Complete necessary administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess:

  • A minimum technical degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in testing, repairing, and maintaining medical imaging equipment.
  • A solid background in electronics and computer systems.
  • 5-8 years of relevant field service experience.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred candidates will have:

  • Technical associate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Siemens imaging equipment.
