Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at EOTM - Partners Professional. This is a contract-to-hire position that offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our team, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing files.
  • Maintain and update records in QuickBooks Online, ensuring accurate financial records and smooth office operations.
  • Assist with accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing and payment tracking.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate databases.
  • Support additional clerical duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with QuickBooks Online.
  • Some knowledge of accounts receivable processes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
