Commercial Banking Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our team at Texas Partners Bank. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute integrated sales and relationship strategies to achieve revenue and service standards.
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring client satisfaction and relationship profitability.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to new and existing clients.
- Participate in joint calls and meetings with business partners to develop customer relationships and support product sales.
- Qualify potential customers and ensure they meet credit and compliance criteria.
- Partner with Portfolio Managers and Credit Analysts to ensure complete credit assessments.
- Build and manage a portfolio, monitoring credit quality and taking action as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and governmental regulations.
- Represent the bank in civic and community functions to enhance its image and develop expanded business.
- Attend meetings and training to continue development and enhance knowledge of products, processes, and technologies.
- BS or BA degree, or equivalent experience.
- 7-10 years of experience in banking and commercial/Small Business Administration lending.
- Knowledge of the San Antonio and surrounding area markets preferred.
- Credit knowledge desired.

The employee is not exposed to weather conditions. Normal office environment where there is almost no discomfort due to temperature, dust, noise, or other disagreeable elements. Regularly will travel to company and/or client locations for meetings or service needs.
