About the Role:
- Provide technical expertise and functional understanding to effectively support and configure UKG Pro/Dimensions systems.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Configure and maintain UKG Pro/Dimensions system settings, workflows, and business rules to support HR and payroll processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and support.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with UKG Pro/Dimensions systems in a techno-functional capacity.
- Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in SQL, XML, and other relevant programming languages and technologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
