Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for solving organizational business problems using technology by analyzing business requirements, designing technology solutions, and recommending system controls and protocols.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in managing IT business projects, prioritizing IT intake requests, and working with business stakeholders to define and build business cases.

The Business Systems Analyst will also be responsible for providing direct end-user support and issue tracking, analyzing issues, and managing the escalation to the appropriate IT support teams.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical skillset, with the ability to diagnose technical or procedural issues and conceptualize resolutions.

They will also have the ability to collect and document business requirements, work with business stakeholders to define and prioritize business needs, and interface effectively with numerous departments within and outside of the company.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage IT business projects, prioritizing IT intake requests, and working with business stakeholders to define and build business cases.
  2. Provide direct end-user support and issue tracking, analyzing issues, and managing the escalation to the appropriate IT support teams.
  3. Collect and document business requirements, working with business stakeholders to define and prioritize business needs.
  4. Interface effectively with numerous departments within and outside of the company.
  5. Analyze business processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position or as a consultant in a regulated environment, preferably in pharmaceuticals.

Experience in an organization that uses contract manufacturing, preferred.

Experience in GxP Computer System Validation (CSV) processes and procedures, preferred.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to establish project priorities and develop and meet project milestones and timelines.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose technical or procedural issues and conceptualize resolutions.

Ability to collect and document business requirements, work with business stakeholders to define and prioritize business needs, and interface effectively with numerous departments within and outside of the company.

Ability to express complex concepts clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.

Ability to function well and maintain good working relationships with an international team.

Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited university required, preferably in engineering, business, or IT.
