Physician, Integrative Medicine Specialist

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) is seeking a highly skilled Physician, Integrative Medicine Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Department of Medicine, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care, education, and research in the field of integrative medicine.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and managing patients with a wide range of physical and psychological symptoms using an integrative medicine approach. This will include providing evidence-based advice on lifestyle modifications, recommending integrative approaches for symptom management, and communicating with other physicians involved in the patient's care.
Responsibilities:- Clinically evaluate and manage patients with physical and psychological symptoms
- Provide evidence-based advice on lifestyle modifications
- Recommend integrative approaches for symptom management
- Communicate with other physicians involved in the patient's care
- Participate in collaborative research to strengthen the evidence base for integrative medicine
- Contribute to the teaching mission, including supervising fellows, residents, medical students, and advanced practice providers
- M.D., D.O., or equivalent with excellent clinical, communication, and team skills
- Board eligible or board certified in internal medicine, family medicine, or Med/Peds
- New York and/or New Jersey State license eligible
- Certification in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Child Abuse Identification & Reporting
- Research, education, or clinical practice experience related to integrative medicine
