- 10+ years of experience in IT leadership, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality IT services.
- Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, engineering, and operations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Experience with ITIL and other IT service management frameworks.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute IT strategies that align with business objectives.
- A competitive salary range of $203,200 - $279,400, with eligibility for bonus incentive compensation.
