Job Summary

As a Senior Device Connectivity Engineer at OSI Engineering, you will lead a team of engineers in conducting field tests, setting up devices, and configuring iOS. You will be responsible for managing daily assignments, gathering information from engineers, and ensuring the team stays on track. In addition to team management, you will conduct GNSS/GPS field tests, analyze results, and process logs.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field tests and analyze results
Manage team of engineers and daily assignments
Configure iOS and set up devices
Gather information from engineers and ensure team stays on track

Requirements:
2+ years of experience working with a team of engineers
1+ years of experience in product field testing with GNSS/GPS technologies
Experience in device configuration, log collection, first-level analysis, and report generation
Ability to follow test plans, test multiple devices in the field, and gather necessary logs
Proficiency in setting up multiple devices and loading firmware
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
Ability to travel locally and non-locally on short notice
Experience with the Mac ecosystem and Mac office tools

Nice to Have:
Basic scripting experience (MATLAB/Python/Shell)

Work Environment:
Austin, TX (Onsite/Field)

Duration:
12 Months+

Pay Rate Range:
$50-$60/HR (DOE)
