About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Rental Car Return Specialist to join our team at Avis Budget Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless return experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet customers, securing keys and recording mileage, gas levels, and damage to our cars
  • Check our cars into our computer system while providing excellent customer service
  • Work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and colleagues
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
  • Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot for prolonged periods
