We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Return Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless return experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet customers, securing keys and recording mileage, gas levels, and damage to our vehicles
  • Check our vehicles into our computer system while providing excellent customer service
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient return process
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work outdoors
  • Flexibility to work all shifts
  • Ability to stand, walk or move throughout rental lot, enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
  • Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
