About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Rental Sales Agent to join our team at Avis Budget Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for renting our cars and promoting our products and services at our airport rental counters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process contracts and effectively upsell our offerings and services to enhance customer travel experiences.
  • Listen to and identify customer needs, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, processing transactions and managing customer interactions.

  • A competitive bi-weekly hourly wage, plus an extremely profitable commission/incentive/bonus plan.
  • A minimum commission guarantee or actual commission, whichever is greater, for the first two months.

Requirements
  • A High School Diploma (or equivalent).
  • Effective verbal communication skills and basic computer skills (typing, data entry).
  • A professional, engaging personality and flexibility to work all shifts.
  • The ability to sit, stand, and type for prolonged periods.
  • Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
