Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Campbell Soup Company. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and assisting with recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information.
  • Process payroll and benefits for employees, including ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and management, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software, including Workday and Symmetry.
