Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting Professional to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Expense Management: Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Sales Contract Management: Review and set up billing schedules according to contract terms.
  • Cash Management: Record cash activity into the general ledger and reconcile bank statements.
  • Tax and Compliance: Assist with the preparation of tax schedules and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
  • Special Projects: Support management in completing special projects and ad-hoc reporting requests.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: 4 to 6 years of relevant accounting experience in progressively responsible roles.
  • Skills: Strong working knowledge of US GAAP principles, ASC 606, and financial statements. Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, spreadsheets, and other financial software.
  • Personal Qualities: Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and organizational skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $120,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Our team is passionate about innovation and excellence, and we are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment.
