Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our paid social media campaigns, craft innovative content, and collaborate with our creative team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, particularly in paid social media.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Craft innovative content with the creative team, including ad copy, visuals, and videos that resonate with target audiences on Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Lead paid social media campaigns, ensuring maximum performance, traffic generation, and conversion rates across diverse channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends, gather insights, and discover opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with the creative team to design compelling ad content and visuals engaging our audience.
  • Set up tracking systems to measure campaign success, providing valuable guidance for strategic decision-making.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements

We seek someone with:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, particularly in paid social media.
  • A proven track record of managing and optimizing successful paid social media campaigns.
  • Expertise in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
