Head of Paid Advertising

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Paid Advertising to lead our digital marketing efforts at Masterworks. In this role, you will develop and execute paid advertising strategies across multiple channels, drive business growth, and optimize ROI.
You will work closely with our creative, compliance, and product teams to launch marketing initiatives and drive results. You will also analyze complex data sets to inform marketing decisions and experiment with new strategies and tactics to stay ahead of the competition.

Responsibilities
* Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, and display ads* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch marketing initiatives and drive business growth* Analyze complex data sets to inform marketing decisions and optimize ROI* Experiment with new strategies and tactics to stay ahead of the competition* Manage budgets and media spend, ensuring maximum ROI* Work closely with product and compliance teams to personalize and optimize the customer journey* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including leadership, sales, and customer service teams
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of success* Strong analytical skills, with expertise in tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel* Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams* Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and data-driven decision making* Knowledge of finance and investing is a plus, but not required* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field* Salary Range: $160,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience
