Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team at The Cavco Family of Companies. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service delivery process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Order Management: Enter and track service work orders, ensuring accurate account information and recorded data.
  • Workforce Planning: Assist in the development and coordination of daily workforce plans to maximize customer service and employee efficiency.
  • Customer Order Processing: Process customer orders and monitor and update customer information in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on open orders to facilitate their completion, including invoicing.
  • Customer Interviews: Interview customers to obtain information and explain available services.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate customers' service needs with other departments as required to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Sales and Upselling: May solicit the sale of new or additional services or products to customers.
  • Credit Verification: May obtain credit records from credit reporting agencies.
  • On-Site Visits: May visit customers' premises to obtain orders or resolve customer problems.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of related experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Supervision: Works under moderate supervision.
