Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing and managing crew activities within designated project areas
  • Coordinating schedules and tasks among various trades and craft workers
  • Interpreting project specifications and plans to determine construction needs

Qualifications

  • Preferred 5 years of experience in a supervisory construction role
  • Required 5-8 years of verifiable experience in the construction industry

  • Strong communication abilities with crew members and project stakeholders
  • Proficient in reading and understanding construction plans
  • Ability to climb and maintain balance on scaffolding or ladders
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions
  • Committed to adhering to safety policies and effective communication
  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow
  • Good manual dexterity and ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
