Position Overview

Jessica Hogan - State Farm Agent is in search of a qualified professional to fill the role of Insurance Account Position. Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring follow-up as necessary.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer support, addressing inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing inquiries.
  • Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based approach to inform clients about various insurance solutions.

Qualifications
  • Preferred experience in sales (either outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets is preferred
  • Interest in promoting products and services tailored to customer needs
  • Passionate about the role of insurance and financial products in helping individuals manage everyday risks, recover from unforeseen events, and achieve their aspirations
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Attention to detail and pride in completing tasks accurately and on time
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are preferred
  • Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty license
  • Must be able to obtain Life and Health license
