Your expertise in technical program management, combined with your passion for innovation, will help us deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-functional teams to drive technical issue resolution and ensure timely silicon delivery
- Track program landmarks for all phases of baseband silicon and system validation
- Interface and drive silicon issues within multi-functional teams
- Drive technical sessions with internal/external partners to supervise and follow up on issues/customer concerns
- Align with multi-functional teams to deliver silicon configurations and ensure smooth bringup and meet product schedules
- Drive risk management & mitigation strategies to ensure program delivery
Requirements:
- BS and 10+ years relevant industry experience
- Previous SoC development experience
- Cellular, Wireless silicon, or system validation experience
- Knowledge of cellular systems for 2 or more modern communications standards, 4G and/or 5G cellular systems/standards preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, social, and leadership skills
- Ability to tailor information to the right audience, including executive management
- Experience working in a dynamic multi-functional engineering environment, strong at multi-tasking, and real-time crisis management and leadership skills
- Expertise owning and driving project development/technical program management
- Hands on experience working with systems & design flows, and leading cellular/wireless projects from concept to production
