Your expertise in technical program management, combined with your passion for innovation, will help us deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multi-functional teams to drive technical issue resolution and ensure timely silicon delivery
  • Track program landmarks for all phases of baseband silicon and system validation
  • Interface and drive silicon issues within multi-functional teams
  • Drive technical sessions with internal/external partners to supervise and follow up on issues/customer concerns
  • Align with multi-functional teams to deliver silicon configurations and ensure smooth bringup and meet product schedules
  • Drive risk management & mitigation strategies to ensure program delivery

Requirements:

  • BS and 10+ years relevant industry experience
  • Previous SoC development experience
  • Cellular, Wireless silicon, or system validation experience
  • Knowledge of cellular systems for 2 or more modern communications standards, 4G and/or 5G cellular systems/standards preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, social, and leadership skills
  • Ability to tailor information to the right audience, including executive management
  • Experience working in a dynamic multi-functional engineering environment, strong at multi-tasking, and real-time crisis management and leadership skills
  • Expertise owning and driving project development/technical program management
  • Hands on experience working with systems & design flows, and leading cellular/wireless projects from concept to production
