CPU Pre-Silicon Engineering Program Manager

At Apple, we're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Program Manager to join our CPU Pre-Silicon Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development of CPU IP across several programs, developing and negotiating project schedules and deliverables, and driving regular project meetings to focus the team on upcoming landmarks and to identify and resolve technical issues.
Responsibilities:- Drive the development of CPU IP across several programs.
- Develop and negotiate project schedules and deliverables.
- Drive regular project meetings to focus the team on upcoming landmarks and to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Identify risks and dependencies, generate mitigation plans, and ensure appropriate steps are taken to resolve.
- Communicate program status and blocking issues to multifunctional teams and different levels of management, as appropriate.
- BS + 10 years of relevant experience.
- Proven Silicon development experience in Design, Verification, Implementation, Physical Design, DFT or silicon validation.
- Key Qualifications:
- Proven CPU development experience.
- Established technical leadership and/or project management experience.
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
- Strong time and task leadership skills with consistent attention to detail.
- Strong organization skills to organize self and the team's execution.
