Role Overview

Apple is seeking a highly skilled Silicon Software Engineering Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our pre-silicon platform engineering group, you will be responsible for delivering critical support infrastructure to our software and silicon teams.

This role requires excellent organization and communication skills to roll up regular status reports to multi-functional teams and senior executives. You will work closely with technical managers and contributors to understand key silicon development issues and help prioritize workstreams across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track activities aligned to key pre-silicon development achievements aimed at continually improving silicon validation and software readiness in anticipation of silicon arrival.
  • Handle and address partner requirements, help rank and prioritize requests for improvements to models and collateral used.
  • Work with technical managers and contributors to understand key silicon development issues and help prioritize workstreams across multiple projects.

Requirements

  • BS in engineering discipline and 3+ years relevant experience.
  • Experience in Design/Validation of SoC/Systems Hardware.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Validation technical program management or multi-functional management experience, excellent partnership, collaboration and social skills, creative and critical thinking abilities to proactively solve issues, ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience.
