Job Description
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels, ensuring their needs are met in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Handle Escalated Issues: Work with production and warehouse teams to give guidance and prioritization to meet customers' requirements, handle complex interactions professionally, and ensure customer issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Act as the voice of the customer internally, assist in training and mentoring Level 1 staff, and work closely with procurement and logistics departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree preferred in marketing, supply chain, or international business.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
