Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their medical needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Infusion Therapy Administration: Safely administer infusion therapies, including chemotherapy and biotherapy agents, to patients as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Continuously monitor patients' responses to treatment and adjust care plans as needed.
- Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Education and Training: Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and advancements in infusion therapy.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
- Certifications and Licenses: Florida Registered Nurse License, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification, Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in infusion therapy
- Skills and Qualities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
