Job Summary

The University of Miami is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an Infusion Specialist. This is a staff-level position that requires a strong background in nursing care, with a focus on chemotherapy and biotherapy administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate patients to develop individualized care plans
  • Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy agents, as well as other medications as prescribed
  • Monitor patients for adverse reactions and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
Requirements
  • Current Florida RN license
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in oncology or infusion
  • ACLS and BLS certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
