Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team at E-Therapy Careers. As an SLP, you will play a vital role in providing speech and language therapy services to students in PreK-12 schools.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities. They will develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs.

  • Provide direct therapy services to students targeting areas such as articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' communication goals in the classroom and other educational settings.
  • Incorporate evidence-based techniques and therapeutic activities into therapy sessions to promote speech and language development.
  • Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to facilitate optimal outcomes.
  • Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience providing speech-language therapy services in a school or pediatric setting.
  • Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in pediatric speech-language pathology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and school staff.

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $75,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Physical Requirements

This is a remote position, and as such, you will need to be able to sit for extended periods and use a computer keyboard and mouse for typing and navigating software applications. You must also be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with colleagues and clients. Occasionally, you may need to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and lift or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
