Job Opportunity for Speech Language Pathologists

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy for the 2024-2025 school year.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, with a strong background in developing and implementing IEPs for students with disabilities. They will also be able to adapt teaching strategies and materials to accommodate a variety of learning styles, abilities, and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement IEPs: Create tailored instruction plans to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities.
  • Teaching Strategies and Materials: Adapt curricula to accommodate different learning styles, abilities, and challenges.
  • Collaboration with Educators: Work closely with general education teachers, parents, specialists, and support staff to ensure student success in multiple environments.
Requirements:
  • Active SLP License: Hold an active license in Tennessee.
  • Masters Degree: Possess a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Experience in Virtual Therapy: Preferably experienced in virtual therapy settings.
  • Minimum Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders.
  • Reliable Equipment: Possess reliable high-speed internet and a capable computer.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Contract Position: This is a 1099 contract position.
  • Hourly Pay: Enjoy hourly pay ranging from $41-$46.
  • Guaranteed Hours: Receive guaranteed weekly hours.
  • Support Services: Have access to clinical and technical support when needed.
