We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Expert at the Senior Account Executive level to enhance our Influencer team. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine enthusiasm for influencer marketing and a deep understanding of emerging digital platforms, recognizing their potential in shaping our clients' marketing strategies. Your role will involve crafting influencer strategies, contributing to campaign development, managing influencer selection and engagement, and performing analytics and reporting. This position offers the chance to innovate and challenge conventional approaches in creative programs, brand campaigns, and various marketing initiatives, making a significant impact on our influencer operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional influencer marketing support tailored to brand target audiences and marketing goals.
  • Identify, engage, negotiate, manage projects, and evaluate influencer initiatives.
  • Develop comprehensive influencer briefing documents for each collaboration in partnership with clients.
  • Set timelines and oversee content distribution.
  • Conduct influencer training sessions and manage assets.
  • Collaborate with teams to conceptualize and implement multi-platform influencer campaigns utilizing trends and data insights.
  • Create innovative concepts and programs for a diverse array of clients across various sectors.
  • Work alongside client and account teams from different functions to achieve impactful outcomes.
  • Generate campaign reports across influencer and social channels by tracking and optimizing both paid and organic content.
  • Challenge norms and strive for excellence in creative programs, brand campaigns, and other marketing efforts.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends affecting diverse demographics, including millennials and Gen Z, sharing insights with a broader audience.

Qualifications for Success:

  • 2-4+ years of experience focused on the consumer influencer sector; agency experience preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of social platforms and influencer dynamics related to strategy, tiers, and industry verticals.
  • Ability to evaluate a client's overall marketing strategy and develop comprehensive, multi-faceted influencer programs (including paid and e-commerce initiatives).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Commitment to working in a diverse and inclusive environment, actively participating in cultural initiatives, training opportunities, and employee resource groups.
