Senior Account Executive, Influencer Marketing Specialist

Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our Influencer Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape and be able to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business results.
Responsibilities- Manage the full influencer process, including influencer identification, vetting, negotiation, contracting, management, and reporting
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business results
- Lead the development of content and brand overview documents for influencers
- Support the growth of our influencer marketing business through great work and exceptional storytelling skills
- Stay up-to-date with the latest influencer marketing trends and best practices
- 3 years of relevant experience in Digital, Content, or Brand Marketing, including social media and community management
- 2 years of experience in Influencer specific marketing, including identification of influencers, managing influencer programs, outreach strategies, content planning, contracting/negotiations, paid promotion, and reporting
- Ability to work simultaneously on multiple programs within an agency setting
- Proven ability to lead and manage multiple medium to large-sized projects simultaneously
- Clear understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, importance, and role of influencer marketing, best practices
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop Influencer plans
We offer a competitive salary range of $52,000 - $77,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
