Administrative Assistant

1st (7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday)
Compensation:
$16 per hour
Role Overview:
- Perform data entry tasks
- Manage filing systems
- Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls
- Draft and review correspondence for clients
- Provide updates regarding order tracking
- Generate freight quotes
Qualifications:
- High School diploma required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Experience in shipping and receiving is advantageous
- Sales experience is a plus
