Job Title: Dental Practice Relations Director

At Gen4 Dental, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Dental Practice Relations Director. This role is a critical part of our periodontal vertical growth strategy, and we're looking for someone who can drive patient referrals and conversion rates in the practices we support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to grow our patient base.
  • Collaborate with participating providers and patients' health plans to facilitate referrals.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform our growth strategy.
  • Manage third-party leads and schedule events to engage with referring doctors.
  • Track touchpoints with internal and external referring doctors and deliver gifts to maintain positive relationships.
  • Develop and manage an annual marketing plan that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Coordinate and oversee the planning of events, such as Lunch n' Learns, Specialty Dinners, and Study Clubs.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a medical setting or insurance company.
  • 1 year of dental experience and 1 year of marketing experience preferred.
  • Proactive and able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • College graduate preferred.
Working Environment:

Working conditions include those typically seen in an office environment. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Position requires a minimum of 50% weekly travel frequently within a 50-mile radius to supporting and referral practices.
