Job Overview

Position: IT Support Specialist

Work Environment: 100% onsite support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the imaging and updating of personal computers.
  • Provide assistance during standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
  • Support Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite in a corporate setting, engaging directly with users.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
  • Deliver desktop and network support services.
  • Set up, configure, and integrate various hardware components.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Desk Side Support technicians on large-scale installations.
  • Document, maintain, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systems as necessary.
  • Manage user account information, including permissions, security settings, and group memberships.
  • Provide training to employees, analyze product failures, and manage parts ordering and replacements.
  • Assess and recommend products or services that best meet customer requirements.
  • Perform imaging and recovery of system images.
  • Conduct break/fix repairs on desktops and laptops.
  • Install and update various software applications.
  • Support WiFi and VPN connections, including wireless device assistance.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service skills.
