Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking a highly skilled Regional Medical Director to lead our urgent care centers in Lebanon, NH. As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide strategic direction and oversight to ensure the highest quality of medical care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer and Executive Director of Clinical Operations to develop and implement policies and standards for medical care.
- Represent the region's external joint ventures and hospital partnerships to ensure consistency and communication with center providers and clinical staff.
- Maintain an active clinical presence in providing care for our urgent care patients.
- Lead and manage a team of providers in the assigned region, including mid-level providers (Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants).
Requirements:
- Licensed Medical Provider (MD, DO) with emergency or urgent care experience.
- Proven experience in leadership and administrative roles, with a preference for prior experience as a medical director.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze operations and manage personnel resources effectively.
