Job Title: HMBMT/PedOnc Associate Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Administrator to join our team in the Division of Hematologic Malignancies/Bone Marrow Transplant Program (HMBMT) and Pediatric Oncology. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, administration, business development, and hospital operations of our clinical programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage administrative operations, including human resources, finance, and facilities management.
  • Collaborate with division directors and oncology administration to achieve programmatic goals and objectives.
  • Oversee clinical practice administration, including provider workflows, staffing, and revenue management.
  • Partner with financial leaders to ensure financial goals are achieved and develop business plans for existing units or potential new business opportunities.
  • Assist with the creation of documentation tools to accurately capture case mix index and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Seven years of progressively responsible professional-level administrative and financial experience, including two years of supervisory experience and two years of financial management experience.
  • Master's degree in a related field may substitute for required experience.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $97,200 - $170,200 annually.
  • Full-time schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.
  • Exempt status.
  • Hybrid work arrangement.

Please note that the referenced salary range is based on Johns Hopkins University's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training, and skill level.
