Meat Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Meat Seafood Sales Associate to join our team at Yoke's Fresh Markets. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Sales Promotion: Promote sales and merchandise through active discussions with customers, offering product recommendations, and discussing current promotions and services.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the Meat and Seafood departments, by following company standards and guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and rotating stock to ensure freshness and quality.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other sales associates and store staff to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
- Certifications: Valid Food Handlers Permit required.
The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a refrigerated environment.
