Rosauers Supermarkets is seeking a skilled Meat Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our meat department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Welcome and greet customers, answer questions, and provide recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Meat Selection: Help customers select the right cut of meat for their needs, answer questions about preparation methods, and provide expert recommendations.
  • Inventory Management: Receive and unload deliveries of meat products, verify deliveries from suppliers, and store them in a safe manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Stock shelves and cases with new items, rotate stock to ensure freshness, and clean up spills or debris.
  • Visual Merchandising: Update displays, cases, and other customer-facing areas to showcase new items and promotions.
  • Food Safety: Ensure work areas are ready to service customers by cleaning surfaces, equipment, and floors, and removing trash. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures established by the company and other regulatory agencies.
  • Team Collaboration: Cooperate with others to ensure customer satisfaction and the overall success of our company.
Requirements
  • Candidates must be 18+ years or older.
