Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced L3 Desktop Support Specialist with a background in both desktop support and network administration. The ideal candidate will have the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, upgrade, and maintain network performance and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
  • Manage network security measures.
  • Maintain network services, such as DHCP, DNS, and VLANs.

Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in the IT field.
  • Experience with the ServiceNow (SNOW) platform.
  • Willingness to work overtime or on weekends.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts if needed.
  • Proven work experience as an L3 Desktop Support Engineer or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and any other relevant technologies.
