Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent with Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register guests and process check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the front desk and surrounding areas.
  • Work effectively with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
