About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Anthropologie. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing a unique and personalized experience for each customer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience
    • Engage with customers in a genuine and personalized way, making them feel welcome, heard, and valued.
    • Support a selling environment on the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
    • Utilize technology to provide a frictionless customer experience, including transactions, size and color searches, and order placement for items not available in-store.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Build productive relationships with peers, asking for support when needed and making an effort to help others.
    • Participate in the learning and sharing of product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
    • Contribute to a positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
    • Provide insights related to the customer and employee experience and communicate feedback to Store Leadership.
  • Visual and Business Operations
    • Understand your contribution to service and selling on every shift to impact the store's business.
    • Support the shipment process to gain awareness of product, including new and restock items, and contribute to the completion of omni order fulfillment processes while maintaining stock levels on the floor.
    • Maintain Anthropologie's visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer and staying current on merchandising updates.
Requirements
  • Be an Anthropologie brand fan.
  • Have experience in customer service.
  • Be a team player with the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
