At Vail Resorts, we're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Call Center Agent. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience at Park City Mountain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately book ski school lessons, lift tickets, and winter activities for our guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with our team to promote our mission and core values, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience for all guests.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficient typing skills required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
