Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately book ski school lessons, lift tickets, and winter activities for our guests.
  • Professionally resolve and follow through with any guest inquiries, including returns or refunds.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Be organized, accountable, and responsible, with strong time-management skills.
  • Promote and embody our company's mission and core values.
  • Be available to work weekends and holidays, and commit to working the entire winter season.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Proficient typing skills are required.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
