Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Patrice & Associates - David. As a key member of our dining establishment, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Increase revenue by 10% within the first six months

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase brand awareness
  2. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures
  3. Lead and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture
  4. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience
